Lovers of good food will find numerous farms selling farm products: Lautrec garlic, saffron, Lacaune charcuterie directly from the producer are second to none, not to mention of the Gaillac wine route! Nearby, you will indeed find numerous cellars and wine farms (visits and tastings).

The traditional markets of Cordes sur Ciel (Saturday morning), Castelnau de Montmiral (Tuesday morning), or of Saint Antonin Noble-Val(Sunday morning – A must see! ) are authentic places where you will find quality products at reasonable prices.
